Request your data

AIBRAI honors the rights granted by the EU GDPR and the Swiss FADP. This page explains what you can request, how to send a request, what identity checks we perform, and how long we take to respond.

Send a request

Email info@aibrai.com from the address on file (where possible). We aim to acknowledge within 72 hours and respond substantively within 30 days, extendable by up to two months for complex requests under GDPR Art. 12(3).

Your rights

  • Right of access

A copy of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.

  • Rectification

Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

  • Erasure

Deletion of your personal data where there's no overriding lawful basis.

  • Portability

A machine-readable copy of data you provided to us.

  • Restriction / objection

Restrict or object to certain processing, including profiling.

Anonymous registry submissions

If you submitted a report to the AI Bias Registry without creating an account, we have no way to link the entry to your email. Use your reference code at /registry/delete to delete it directly. No identity verification is required — the reference code is the proof.

How we verify identity

To prevent unauthorised disclosure we may ask for information that only you would know (e.g. an approximate submission date, an incident detail, or confirmation from the email address on file). We collect the minimum necessary and delete verification material once your request is closed.

Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Swiss residents may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). EU residents may contact the authority of their member state.
